Atur exists because too many Sabahans were paying for insurance they didn't understand.
Atur was built on the back of noticing most Sabahans were not well versed in car insurance policies and procedures. Renewals got auto-approved without comparing. Claims got rejected over small technicalities. And when accidents happened, people were left to figure it out alone.
We felt that needed to change, for the pride of Sabah.
With over 10 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, we opened an agency under the name Atur, Malay for "arrange". The aim: educate and assist our fellow Sabahans in their car insurance needs, and bring our clients complete peace of mind.
Today we renew insurance and roadtax across Kota Kinabalu and beyond, deliver to doorsteps (and mango trees), and stand beside every client through every claim, free, always.
